Our manufacturing capabilities cover the entire spectrum of potential requirements and needs and include vertical integration.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Bending
We have diverse capabilities ranging from simple single bend tubes to complex multi-leg assemblies and manifolds up to 3 inches OD. Materials capabilities are stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and aluminum. Equipment exists for bending, coiling, forming and various bending methods.

Braiding
Our high speed winders and braiding machines produce both machine-braided hose as well as slip-off mandrel braids. Manufactured in metallic alloys in ¼ inch diameter (6mm) and up, our braids provide coverage and security for the underlying corrugated hose with a multi-layered approach to design and configurations that still allows for the greatest hose flexibility without sacrificing performance.
Braiding
Convoluting
Our state-of-the-art convoluting process produces aerospace-qualified metal hoses from stainless steel and Inconel.
Convoluting
Brazing
We are NADCAP-certified to assemble and braze gold, silver and nickel via the following methods:
- Induction
- Atmosphere Furnace Braze
- Automatic Machine (?)
- Manual
- Torch

Heat Treating
We are NADCAP-approved for temperatures up to 2200 degrees in a clean, vacuum and argon environment. Capabilities include stress relief, solutioning, and precipitation hardening on a variety of materials from the titanium, steel, and nickel-based super-alloy families.
Heat Treating
Welding
Whether your design concepts are prototype or full-rate production, our NADCAP-certified welders are ready to bring them to reality in stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, or aluminum. Applications include:
- GTAW Gas Tungsten Arc Welding
- TIG Tungsten Inert Gas Welding
- Orbital Circumferential Arc Welding

Tube Fitting Installation
We provide a variety of tube wall thicknesses for stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium alloys for your tube-fitting installation needs. We maintain equipment to support our customers’ requirements and needs for external swaging with installation capabilities for Deutsch/Deutsch Lite Permaswage®, Stanley-Harrison® elastomeric 2-groove, and cryogenic memory-shaped metal fittings.

Machining Shop
We have capabilities internally to machine product and components up to XXX size, including a multiple 5-axis machine specializing in aerospace-grade materials. Our machine shop is situated in the same facility as both engineering and a tool room and can turn around product quickly while meeting your needs.

Fire Sleeve Extrusion
Our application of an integral silicone fire sleeve onto PTFE hoses will meet the fire resistant and fireproof requirements of AS1055 Type II.
Fire Sleeve Extrusion
Molding
We can conduct over-molding of silicone rubber onto simple and complex PTFE and metal hose assemblies to create an integral sleeve that meets AS1055 Type II fire resistance and vibration dampening requirements.

Pre-Form
We can “preform” our PTFE hose sections through a steaming process that allows us to contour the hose into any desired shape. This process is typically utilized when the application of the hose will violate the minimum bend radius of the hose.
Pre-Form
Hydroforming
Our internal capabilities for traditional stamping and hydroforming allow for speed and cost reduction initiatives. Our hydroforming press exerts a 10,000 psi chamber pressure and a punch force of 280 tons. The machine is equipped to handle the high-mix, low-volume production seen in the aerospace industry.
