DEDICATION TO HEALTH, SAFETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT Winner: Flex-Tek – For their safety culture improvement programme which promoted best practices across United Flexible and significantly reduced incidents When Flex-Tek acquired the United Flexible businesses in 2019, the team began sharing the safety centric culture with the leadership at those locations. The goal became zero accidents or incidents, and best practices were shared. Everyone participated in the improvements, however there were several leaders that stepped up to help drive the change. |
