Mike Stern has grown up in the aerospace industry, holding various positions of increasing scope and responsibility, culminating in his current role as President of STS Aerospace. Mike is a true visionary, he can see how today shapes tomorrow, but more importantly how it affects future growth and change.
A born leader, Mike builds his team by selecting individuals eager to work as a support system together—those with desire to activate their potential, in turn, truly caring for our customers and meeting their needs. He is able to see others’ strengths and opportunities, and bears the ability to motivate everyone to excel in their goals. Mike puts his trust in his people, he values personal growth at every level. By providing each team member a voice, he inspires collective ownership, fosters strong relationships, and nurtures potential. This culture has become magnetic, and is largely responsible for who STS Aerospace is today.
Outside of the office you will find Mike riding motorcycles and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
As a technically brilliant, customer-focused engineer, Harry can quickly address complex engineering problems with simple and agile solutions. He utilizes transparency, data analytics, and logical problem solving in any application, and as a result, his reverent team is consistently top-performing.
True to his roots, Martin is a detail-oriented solutionist. He is an analyst at heart, and always has the best interests of the entire organization when making financial decisions. Martin thrives in difficult situations and sees crisis management as a strategic, positive opportunity. He is a great resource for any financial questions, and is always available as a sounding board. While he may be objective and equitable for fiscal decisions, his love for Liverpool United is unwavering.
Starting out as an industrial engineer, Vivian has been a powerhouse for the organization for 20+ years. Vivian has the ability to energize her team to simplify complex problems and explore solutions, while focused on attaining operational excellence through strategic development. She is the definition of a strong, fearless female; creating an inclusive environment, standing for what she believes in, and pushing everyone to tune into their ethical compass.
Beginning in 1997 at Lewis & Saunders, moving to Scotia Technology in 2008 as a Manufacturing Engineer, and then being promoted to the management team in 2014, Rick’s extensive background in the aerospace industry and customer-focused resolve has made him the no-nonsense leader he is today. Rick is an important part of our management team, encouraging everyone to take part in problem solving while having the innate ability to see all possible outcomes. Rick’s tenacity and professionalism have been a model for STS team.
At the age of 18, Thibaut started at Titeflex as a working student. Through hard work and dedication, he rose the ranks of the organization, and at 24 was tasked with building and developing our plant in India. Thibaut’s path to success is based on communication building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and colleagues alike. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Sarcasm—all of which he can use in the same sentence.
Famous for his Dashboards and quick witted movie references, John has over two decades of engineering and management experience in all aspects of aerospace manufacturing. A born leader, John has a can-do attitude, a keen attention to detail, a sharp problem solving ability, and excellent communication skills, making him an impeccable fit and valuable asset to STS Aero. John is a resilient leader who’s focus on Teamwork has cultivated an organization that strives to achieve internal goals while meeting customer demands. When John isn’t managing our NJ facility, he’s wrenching on his prized Grand National.
Shawn comes to us with extensive experience in operations and operational excellence. He has a lean six sigma black belt and has held plant management and continuous improvement focused roles with his previous employers. Shawn’s leadership philosophy aligns with the STS culture and focus on talent development, process improvement and team building. Shawn served 20 years in the US Marines, holding various leadership and continuous improvement roles during that time. Outside of work, you will either find him at home with his family, in front of 5 computer screens gaming his heart out or out on the road with his Motorcycle.
The STS Aerospace business development team is comprised of an experienced, resourceful, customer-focused group of client relationship specialists. Each member of this talented crew has been selected for their individual strengths; and together, they excel at program development and solutions-based results.
Brad has a wide range of expertise in aerospace, and is often the go-to resource for questions and clients of any type. Brad emits an infectious positive energy and always brings a light heart. He won’t turn down a smooth Irish whiskey, and he’ll gladly defeat you twice at paddle tennis.
As a sales lead for Titeflex Aerospace Europe, Pierre ensures he stays abreast of industry and market trends, building his capacity for unique and fine-tuned resources. Pierre has never stopped learning, and his love of history keeps him on the Trivial Pursuit leaderboard.
Natalie is the nucleus of the team, channeling energy as she goes. Her adept problem solving skills make her a chameleon in the team, and she thrives on creating individualized results that fall just outside the box. She’s also a huge fan of the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, she tests everyone, and then uses the results to build project groups and even lunch table layouts.
Cori brings more than 20 years of aerospace experience to the team, and has mastered the ability to solve problems from the inside out—that is, she tends to get lost in the client program, and is able to resurface with a full understanding of the product, process, and applications. Cori has a competitive streak with a positive heart—she thrives on physical activity and will work to get anyone to join in, whether it’s a challenge with or against her (spoiler alert: she never loses either way).
For over 25 years, Andrew has absorbed everything possible on flexible hose solutions in the aerospace industry. With a methodic, analytical, yet creative approach, Andrew builds comprehensive resolutions for his clients. His technical skill combined with invaluable product knowledge makes him an asset to our team. Andrew enjoys spending time with his two sons and loves activities from hiking (or skiing) 12,000′ mountains in Colorado to waking up at 5am to go golfing on a hot summer day.
As a technical analyst, Mike specializes in issue resolution, leading the support team through trouble shooting efforts. Mike promotes collaboration for process and data analysis on all our hose products. With just 8 years in Aerospace, Mike has proven himself invaluable to our company. Mike loves to be outside exploring the wilderness, chasing waterfalls and tasting the occasional craft beer
Helene is a logistics expert, exuding relentless perseverance and strength and our newest addition to the business development team. Flawlessly coordinating supplier deliveries, production planning, and customer scheduling, her positive outlook is apparent in any interaction. When she’s not flexing her organizational muscles, she’s at her CrossFit gym ensuring shes ready for any new challenge
A hands-on leader, mentor, and community advocate, Katt has more than 30 years at Scotia Technology. Katt can sell, build, and ship any product if she has to, and has the will to get the job done. She has the gift of reading any audience and can adjust her message to fit immediately. She is an avid activist for Engagement of Youth In The Aerospace Industry.
Intimately connected with our customers and markets, Shannon’s extensive knowledge on Overhaul & Repair makes her an extremely versatile team player. She has had various roles here at STS and therefore has been exposed to an array of custom historical client solutions. If Shannon isn’t talking O&R, she’s talking about the Dodge Challenger Hellcat, so be prepared!
Sandy has been an asset to the team, exercising her knack for end to end client service, and often takes on multiple projects at once with ease. Raising four children has made her an expert in managing various projects on time and with a calm, collected demeanor.
With decades of experience in the industry, Carlene shines when difficult situations arise. Her passion for loyalty and growth are apparent in her management of commercial relationships. Carlene is a huge Umass Amherst Athletics fan, and with 8 grandsons and no granddaughters, she claims to be building a men’s basketball team for them.
Zuleyka has been with organization for 15 years and has experience in planning, logistics, engineering, and estimating. Her infectious energy and dedication to the company is paired perfectly with her ability to navigate any spreadsheet. She’s an old soul with extensive knowledge of the product and capabilities at each site.
Having come from a background in Disney entertainment, she is well versed in the intricacies of Customer Service but is also known to throw out some jazz hands and perform a quick dance move or two, at a moment’s notice. Jenn’s gumption makes her the ideal customer service rep as she can manage hurdles at a whim and make difficult situations positive with a never ending smile on her face. Jenn is a quick learner and uses her personal skills to build trustworthy relationships that support her at all levels of the organization. Outside of the office, you’ll find her at Crossfit or enjoying time with her husband and new rescue pup.
Sean is the newest addition to our Laconia Customer Service team, he joins us with a unique background in both planning and environmental science. Fitting in perfectly with the New Hampshire crew, Sean loves snowmobiling, ice fishing, riding motorcycles and all water sports. He is an explorer at heart and you can find him on the weekends traveling around the north east doing any outdoor activity that weather permits. When its crummy weather, Sean is self taught programmer and is in the process of building an at home flight simulator.
A lakes region native, and having spent much time on Lake Winnipesaukee with his wife Kathleen, Jim is an avid adventurer. Father to two grown Kids (Justin 28, Emily 25) his pets will always have a sweet spot in his heart (Raised 3 litters of English Labs in Gilford and at one point had 4 labs, 4 cats, 2 kids and a barn with 25 egg laying hens!). He is also the caretaker for an abundant vegetable and fruit garden and is often offering his bounty with the office throughout the summer. Enjoy sharing and receiving gardening wisdom with others. Other interests include fly fishing for brook trout and deer hunting and is the proud 3rd generation owner of a camp 6 miles from the Canadian border.
Jim has also been a member of Gilford Rotary Club for over 20 years and takes great pride in working with Club members in giving back to the local community.
Adisa’s unrelenting positive attitude set him apart from most and has allowed him to build a strong rapport with his customers. Adisa has a BS in Mathematics and a MA in Mathematical Finance out of Columbia University and an ever growing solid background in inventory management, logistics and supply chain. He loves analyzing data, crunching numbers and is a guru in Excel. Outside of work, Adisa is a loving DAD to two joyous children, Jo-Jo who was born 2 days after Adisa started at Kreisler and a 9 year old daughter who loves to smile just like her dad. Both of these children have supported Adisa building his strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team with patience and resolve.
Sue is our engine underneath the hood. She works the day to day managing of customer schedules, communication across all levels of the organization and is the first one to flag any concerns. Previously she has spent time on the manufacturing floor as a product planner so she knows the ins and outs of managing WIP. Sue just celebrated her 25th anniversary and outside of work loves spending time with her grandchildren and her dog Stella.
An organized and driven personality, Dennis is a driving force in our team. His laser-like focus on seeing a project from start to finish is revered by our clients and an obvious asset. Dennis is all about boating season, he’s on the lake with his kids at every opportunity.
Roxanne is a logistical powerhouse perfectly situated within the organization managing planning and customer service. She has been with the organization for almost 5 years and is the developer and owner of our MPS system. She has strong analytical skills, is a quick learner and is agile in her thinking. Outside of work, you can either find her spending time with her daughter Bailey or exploring New England on her motorcycle.
Brock has been with STS Aerospace since 2005. He has held many positions within the company including Fabrication Mechanic, Lead, Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer and Operations Manager. He has been working on the development of the leadership group and is excited to share the accomplishments. “I feel that we truly believe in personal development and relationship building of team members in addition to meeting business objectives.”
Join us in celebrating 34 years of service for Lena Poulin. She is an expert Induction Brazer with exceptional team leadership skills and cross trained to support several processes. She works closely with engineering and leadership to handle some of the most difficult braze set ups and processes, always approaching it with a keen eye for safety. Her commitment and dedication is top notch.
When she’s not driving success at STS she enjoys fishing, especially on The Great Lakes.

Manju joined Titeflex at the young age of 19 as a production fitter on the shop floor, where he learned the ropes methodically and became a perfectionist of his craft. His broad thinking and curiosity was noticed amidst his production skills, and he was promoted to the Planning department. Since his promotion, Manju has implemented significant improvements, resulting in time and money savings, earning him the Flex-tek Excellence Award for Production Excellence.
During this time, Manju also learned how to turn his excellent communication skills into a new venture, as he won the Inter Divisional Public Speaking Contest for Flex-tek and Smiths. During his free time, Manju enjoys spending time with his wife Arpitha and son Pragnay, and playing volleyball, cricket, and relaxing.
Ashley Clements has been with STS Aerospace since March 2020. She started her journey as a Final Inspector, then moved into the DSQR role. She is now a Quality Engineer! “My new position was a goal of mine when I started working here. I always like to ask why, and not accept something for what it is and that’s helped me learn and understand my job better.”
Jennifer grew up with a desire to work with her hands in the automotive industry. She would often work with friends on their car repairs in her free time and became a hairdresser—a career path selected because her parents told her welding and machining was not a field for girls.
Fast forward some years, and Jennifer decided to go back to her dream and started working at Titeflex Europe. She showed interest and promise, and we sponsored her schooling, where teachers reported her exceptionally talented. Turned out, Jennifer passed her certificate training in record time, twice—a never-seen-before feat at The Welding Institute.
During Covid lockdown, instead of picking up a new skill, Jennifer asked to go for more welding qualifications, and she proved again to be a star performer. She has been nominated by instructors to go for an engineer level welding certificate, and studying machining when not doing that or working. Jennifer shows tenacity and perseverance like no other, and we are proud to have her as part of our team.
Our Environmental Test Lab team has contributed monumentally to our success the Flex and Metal hose market. Without the dedication and commitment of these individuals, we would not be who we are in the aerospace industry. The lab team consists of Mark Rennie, Longin Muza, and Jay Gilson along with the Engineering, R&D, and Production teams as their main support systems. Most recently, the team has gone above and beyond processing and completing critical testing, providing conformance to qualified product. Not only does this team consistently meet scheduled requirements, they can sprint at a moment’s notice to satisfy additional requests. This often requires weekends and off-shifts, disrupts schedules and requires personal sacrifices. This can-do team rises to the occasion time and time again with no complaints. The next time you see any of these individuals, give them a thank-you—for they maintain our top-performing status.
Join us in celebrating 21 years of service for Diane Dello Russo. She is an experienced Production Planner with exceptional teaming skills. She works closely with operators, master planning and leadership to align resources according to the operational needs. She is always proactively 10 steps ahead to resolve potential obstacles before they impact production. Her care and commitment are keys to the smooth flow of our flex production operation.
